Hi!
I reckon this is the Eric-Bot 2.0 (EB2.0) robot from the Advanced Surgical Technologies Lab at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. It is the successor of similar robots from this lab, developed by Lehman, Wood and Wortman. Very nice efforts.
