LEGO in surgical robotics

LEGO is a universal toy, form of art and research tool as well! Even in surgical robotics you can find great use cases.
Take this complete tutorial from Harvard, for image-guided LEGO therapy with Slicer3D, or the LEGO surgery competition at Hopkins in 2003 (also featured at NIH).Recently another robotic needle insertion project was initiated at Hopkins for high-school students.

If you know of further LEGO surgrob projects, put them into the comments.
